Licensing
✅ Valid license to practice in country of origin
✅ Must be eligible for licensing in Qatar
Experience
🩺 Minimum 1+ year of experience in a hospital setting
🧾 Key Responsibilities
This is a critical supervisory role ensuring the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of prescribed clinical nutrition and enteral feeds across a hospital setting.
🔹 Conduct end-to-end quality assessments from raw ingredients to service point
🔹 Perform visual & taste checks and adjust for safety and nutritional value
🔹 Maintain meticulous temperature logs, records, and stock levels
🔹 Assist in recipe standardization, cycle menus & enteral computations
🔹 Transcribe diet/enteral prescriptions into encoded meal & feed formats
🔹 Supervise trayline operations and timely delivery of meals & feeds
🔹 Liaise with Dietitians, Nursing, and Food Services on patient updates
🔹 Manage special formulas and ensure standards of preparation & hygiene
🔹 Participate in accreditation readiness, audits, and service surveys
🔹 Provide admin, supervisory, budgeting & teaching support as needed
