About the Role

VIONIX Pharma Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support the rollout of PHARMORIS, an AI-driven platform designed to support pharmacy and formulary optimisation. The role involves engaging hospitals, pharmacy departments, and healthcare organisations across Riyadh.

• Identify and develop opportunities with hospital pharmacy teams and healthcare organisations
• Conduct outreach, meetings, and product presentations
• Run platform demonstrations and support pilot evaluations
• Prepare proposals and commercial documentation
• Maintain structured sales activity logs and coordinate closely with the product team
• Build long-term client relationships within the region

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience within healthcare, medical distribution, pharmacy solutions, or health technology
• Experience selling to hospitals or pharmacy departments
• Strong understanding of formulary, inventory, or pharmacy-related workflows
• Proven ability to manage full sales cycles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Pharmacy, or similar field
• Performance-based incentives
• Travel support for field meetings
