Overseas or Local Hiring – Candidates currently outside Qatar, as well as candidates residing in Qatar who are not currently employed, will be considered.
Full-Time Education- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field
- Certification in Adult Learning or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience in a healthcare-related field
- Must include experience in Diabetic Education

Role Summary – Patient EducatorThe purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive patient education in alignment with international healthcare standards. The Patient Educator works with individuals, families, and groups to enhance understanding of health programs, treatment options, and self-care practices. The role also supports the Senior Patient Educator in developing and implementing systems that evaluate and uphold the quality of patient education services, ensuring consistency with organizational standards, policies, and protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, develop, and deliver individualized and group patient education for adults, paediatric patients, families, and caregivers.
- Serve as a resource for other healthcare professionals and assist in staff training and educational initiatives.
- Provide targeted education to specific patient groups such as those managing diabetes, lactation, or dialysis.
- Collect and analyze data, preparing performance and quality improvement reports related to patient education programs.
- Coordinate, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of patient education programs.
- Communicate and promote educational initiatives to diverse audiences using appropriate communication strategies.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to address patients’ clinical and educational needs.
- Perform additional duties as required to support continuous service improvement and patient-centred care.
