About the job Emergency Response Team Members
Purpose:
Provide rescue and emergency response for confined spaces and highangle operations during TAR.
Reports to:
ERT Lead / ORYX HSE |
Work Schedule:
Schedule3 (12 h/day, 6 d/wk; day or night) |
Location:
Ras Laffan, Qatar
- Standby rescue coverage for confined space and WAH tasks; support emergency drills and response.
- Set up and operate rescue systems; maintain ERT equipment (ropes, tripods, breathing air).
- Coordinate with PTW/Area Authority during TAR jobs.
- Competency per NFPA 1006 & 1670 (Confined Space Rescue) documented per OSHA .
- Standard First Aid/CPR with AED.
- 5+ years industry-specific Oil & Gas experience as Emergency Response Technician.
- Confined space & rope rescue systems; BA operations; communication under emergency conditions.
