The all-inclusive monthly total salary of 6,900 QAR is structured as follows:

Education:
Full-time bachelor's degree in Dietetics & Nutrition
Licensing:
Must have a valid license to practice from country of origin.
Must be eligible for registration and licensing in the State of Qatar.

Experience:
Minimum of 1+ years' experience in a hospital setting.
Specification
Lead and supervise hospital food service and enteral feed operations to ensure every patient receives the prescribed diet/feeding regimen ordered by physicians—delivered safely, on time, and to defined quality and nutritional standards.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct end-to-end quality assessments—from raw ingredients to point of service—for safety, taste, and nutritional value; perform visual/taste panel checks and adjust as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date records, statistics, and temperature logs (e.g., enteral area refrigerators) in line with infection-control standards.
- Provide technical input for recipe standardization; assist with menu updates and evaluation of new/replacement items; plan cycle menus and standard enteral computations per guidelines and available ingredients.
- Transcribe physicians’ diet/enteral prescriptions into encoded meal portions/enteral volumes; ensure accuracy and timely execution.
- Supervise assembly, weighing of ingredients for special formulas per clinical dietitian endorsement, and issuance of enteral feeds according to standard practice.
- Oversee trayline services and monitor on-time delivery of meals and nourishments; supervise switching between therapeutic and enteral feed areas as needs change.
- Address patient specifications and special endorsements; handle calls from Dietitians and Nursing; update admissions, discharges, and room changes for patients with diet specifications (with dietitian/assistant dietitian approval).
- Monitor stock levels; prepare daily store requests and receive/verify deliveries to maintain uninterrupted service.
- Assist Dietitians/Assistant Dietitians with calorie counts and related clinical nutrition support.
- Participate in service surveys and accreditation readiness activities; contribute to departmental quality initiatives.
- Assume overall supervisory responsibility for food/enteral operations; perform administrative, budgetary, supervisory, and teaching duties as required.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support safe, efficient service delivery.
