Experience:

4+ years in mental health settings

Languages:

Arabic & English (fluent)

• Conduct psychiatric and psychological assessments of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy, including CBT, counseling, or psychotherapy.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide crisis intervention and mental health support when needed.
• Educate patients and families on mental health conditions and coping strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar healthcare regulations and ethical standards.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Psychiatric Therapy, or related field.
• Valid QCHP License (mandatory).
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in psychiatric or mental health settings.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience with CBT or other structured therapy modalities.
• Hospital, clinic, or community mental health experience.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of Qatar healthcare standards and policies.
