Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all pharmacy operations ensuring efficient dispensing of medications and adherence to legal regulations.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize waste, optimize stock levels, and prevent medication shortages.
- Lead and mentor a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.
- Develop and enforce pharmacy policies and procedures ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.
- Provide expert medication counseling to patients addressing their questions and concerns about their prescriptions.
- Monitor and evaluate medication usage patterns to identify and address potential drug interactions or adverse effects.
- Manage the pharmacy budget and financial performance identifying cost-saving opportunities and maximizing profitability.
- Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical advancements, guidelines, and regulations through continuous professional development.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy.
- Valid Qatar MoPH Pharmacist License.
- Minimum 2-5 years of retail pharmacy experience.
