Optometrist vacancy in Doha, Qatar.
Job Title: Optometrist
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1700 QAR per month
Responsibilities- Conduct eye examinations using ophthalmic diagnostic equipment such as keratometers, retinoscopes, and auto‑refractors.
- Diagnose sight‑related problems and determine appropriate treatments.
- Prescribe glasses or contact lenses, depending on patient’s needs.
- Discuss potential vision correction procedures with patients.
- Advise patients on how to protect their eyes from injury or strain.
- Keep accurate records of patient visits and treatments.
The successful applicant must have a degree in optometry and a valid license to practice optometry. Previous experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to consider candidates with no experience and to consider immigrants.
Ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem‑solving ability, attention to detail, and a compassionate attitude toward patients.
