Occupational Therapist – Pediatric (Special Needs Center)

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with children with a range of developmental, physical, and sensory challenges, and will be passionate about helping them achieve greater independence and confidence in their daily activities.

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for children with various developmental and sensory processing needs.
• Design, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s goals and progress.
• Deliver engaging therapeutic interventions that enhance children’s fine motor, sensory, and functional abilities.
• Work closely with speech therapists, behavioral therapists, and educators as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Guide and educate families and caregivers on home programs, exercises, and progress tracking.
• Document all sessions, progress notes, and treatment updates accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in regular case reviews, team meetings, and continuous professional development activities.

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, including hands-on work with pediatric cases and children with special needs.
• Strong understanding of sensory integration, developmental milestones, and behavioral management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with children and families.
