Optometrist in Doha, Qatar
We are looking for an experienced Optometrist to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate should have a degree in optometry or a related specialty, with at least 5 years of experience in the field. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this role and offer a salary of 1200.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive eye care services and educate patients on their ocular health.
Responsibilities:
- Examine patients’ eyes
- Diagnose eye diseases
- Prescribe eyeglasses
- Fit contact lenses
- Provide other vision aids
- Identify conditions that require referral to medical specialists
- Monitor changes in vision over time
Requirements:
- Degree in optometry or related specialty
- At least 5 years of experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as visual acuity charts, tonometers, retinoscopes, lensometers and slit lamps
