Responsibilities- Provide quality pharmaceutical care to patients
- Ensure that all medications are dispensed correctly, that patients are aware of the proper use of their medications, and that prescriptions are filled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
- Provide medication therapy management services and advise patients on the safe use of their medications
- Excellent understanding of pharmacology and pharmacy procedures
- Knowledgeable about drug interactions and contraindications
- Excellent communication skills
