Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist – IT & AI (Healthcare) to drive business growth and expand our portfolio of healthcare technology solutions. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strategic relationships with healthcare stakeholders, and promote innovative IT and AI solutions that enhance healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, healthcare groups, and government healthcare entities. Promote healthcare IT solutions, digital transformation initiatives, AI-powered healthcare applications, and related technologies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including hospital management, clinicians, and IT leaders. Generate leads, conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.

Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to develop customized solutions for clients. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging healthcare technologies. Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives. Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer records through CRM systems. Participate in industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within healthcare IT, digital health, AI solutions, or healthcare technology sectors. Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, hospital operations, and healthcare technology solutions. Experience in the Qatar/GCC healthcare market is highly preferred.

Knowledge of AI applications in healthcare, data analytics, clinical systems, HIS/EMR, telemedicine, or healthcare digital transformation projects is an advantage. Fluent in English;
Arabic is an added advantage.
