Pharmacist, Healthcare

Responsible for managing day-to-day pharmacy operations, dispensing medicines, supervising pharmacy staff, maintaining stock and records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing professional customer service.

• Manage and supervise daily pharmacy operations and staff.
• Dispense medicines accurately as per prescriptions and provide customer guidance.
• Monitor stock availability, receiving, storage, expiry, and stock movement.
• Ensure proper billing, sales monitoring, cash handling, and required reporting.
• Maintain pharmacy records, inventories, Scheduled Drugs records, and documentation.
• Provide professional customer service and promote company products.
• Supervise Pharmacy Assistants and ensure proper work procedures are followed.
• Maintain pharmacy cleanliness, hygiene, stock arrangement, and professional standards.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, company policies, SOPs, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with Stores, Accounts, HR, and Management for smooth operations.
• Handle customer complaints, stock discrepancies, and operational issues.
• Prepare required reports and ensure proper shift handover.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Pharmacy In-Charge or CNC Management.

Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized institution.

• Candidates with relevant experience in retail pharmacy operations will be preferred.
