Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Acupuncturist based in Doha, Qatar. The Licensed Acupuncturist will provide individualized acupuncture treatments, including assessment, treatment planning, and follow-up care. Daily responsibilities include performing patient intake and evaluations, selecting appropriate acupuncture points, and administering related modalities such as moxibustion and herbal recommendations aligned with clinic protocols.
The role also involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, educating patients on treatment plans and wellness practices, and collaborating with other practitioners to deliver integrated care. The Licensed Acupuncturist will support SEED’s holistic mission by promoting safe, ethical, and culturally sensitive practice.

- Strong foundation in Medicine and Traditional Chinese or Korean Medicine, with the ability to integrate traditional and modern approaches.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Acupuncture techniques, including point selection, needling methods, and patient safety.
- Experience with complementary modalities such as Moxibustion and Herbs within a holistic treatment framework.
- Current licensure or certification in acupuncture and Oriental medicine, meeting applicable regulatory requirements in Qatar (Five Year Bachelor of TCM from a recognized university plus one year internship and two years experience or an accredited TCM program with totallng 2400 hours of study and four years of experience)
- Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and develop clear, individualized treatment plans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered and culturally respectful approach.
