A well-established Special Needs Center is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to work with children with developmental, physical, sensory, and behavioral challenges. The therapist will assess, plan, and deliver individualized interventions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and supporting families.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments.
- Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based interventions to improve fine motor, sensory processing, functional and daily living skills.
- Work closely with speech therapists, behavioral therapists, psychologists, educators, and families.
- Educate parents and caregivers on home programs and progress.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
- Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and professional development.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy.
- Minimum 3 years of pediatric Occupational Therapy experience.
- Experience working with children with special needs (ASD, ADHD, developmental delays, sensory processing disorders, etc.).
- Strong understanding of sensory integration, developmental milestones, and behavioral management.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
