- Perform charge capture and reconciliation reviews.
- Analyze revenue cycle data to identify billing discrepancies and missed charges.
- Support Chargemaster (CDM) maintenance and validation activities.
- Conduct routine audits to ensure coding and charging accuracy.
- Prepare revenue integrity reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses.
- Monitor compliance with payer, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
- Assist in implementing revenue cycle improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with clinical, finance, coding, and billing teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Health Information Management, Accounting, or related field.
- Certification in CPC, CCS, RHIT, or equivalent preferred.
- 2-4 years of healthcare revenue cycle, billing, coding, or finance experience.
- Understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies.
- Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, DRG, and revenue codes.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and healthcare information systems.
