Job SummaryA reputed home care healthcare company in Qatar is seeking qualified and experienced Patient Care Assistants (PCA) to provide caregiving support and assistance to patients in a home care setting.
Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care.
- Support patient mobility and comfort.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the appropriate healthcare team.
- Maintain patient hygiene and a safe care environment.
- Follow individual care plans and established care procedures.
- Maintain patient dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
- Caregiving certificate/diploma or eligible medical diploma.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant caregiving experience.
- Conversational English communication skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-focused care.
Licensing Requirements: Nursing license, Data Flow, and Prometric are not required for this PCA position, as specified in the recruitment criteria.
