• Keep Marina facilities and ground areas cleaned and maintained in accordance with the given task checklist(s)
• Keep marina pedestals and fire cabinets cleaned and in proper working order
• Monitor the boats moored in the marina to ensure their security
• Accountable for collecting berthing fee of any private boat/yacht visiting the island
• Answer the telephone promptly and politely and provide information as needed
• Assist other associates in daily maintenance and operations as required
• Assist in the security of overall facilities
• Embodies a strong customer service focus and public relations image toward the general public; welcomes boaters and provides information regarding points of interest, activities and promotions within the island
• Perform any other related duties as may be required or assigned by your supervisor
