Female Head of services; Palace

On behalf of our client Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Female Head of Services to oversee the operations of a prestigious palace in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all service-related aspects, ensuring that the highest standards of luxury and care are maintained.

• Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional service standards are met.
• Manage and train a team of service staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable and efficient.
• Develop and implement service protocols and procedures tailored to the palace environment.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and guest experiences.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and discretion.
• Monitor service quality and implement improvements as needed.
• Ensure the palace is appropriately staffed at all times, overseeing scheduling and staff performance.

• Prior experience in a luxury service or hospitality management role, preferably in a high-end environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Female candidates are preferred for this position due to the specific service environment.
