The Rig 1938 is the world’s highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres.
This position is responsible for ensuring all linens, towels, uniforms, and other laundry items are cleaned, folded, and stored properly. This role supports the smooth operation of the facility by maintaining high cleanliness standards and ensuring timely turnaround of laundry items.
- Operate washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize laundry according to fabric type and care instructions.
- Inspect items for stains, damage, or wear and report issues as needed.
- Use appropriate cleaning agents and follow safety guidelines when handling chemicals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
- Track laundry loads and ensure timely processing for the guest or team's use.
- Assist with inventory and stock of laundry supplies.
- Occasionally deliver clean laundry to designated areas or rooms.
- Follow all company policies, health, and safety regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior laundry, housekeeping, or cleaning experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry heavy loads.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
