ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Service Officer contributes to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division.
Qualifications- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Guest Service Officer in hotel operations.
- Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Schedule flexibility and ability to multi‑task are required.
