We are looking to hire an
- HR Operations Lead
- for a leading company in Qatar.
Minimum Requirements :
- 7 years of HR experience in Qatar, preferably in a large-scale organization with a high employee count.
- Strong hands on experience in HR operations, payroll, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Proven ability to develop HR policies, processes, and systems to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Arabic is an advantage.
