HXM​/HRIS Lead – SAP SuccessFactors EC

We are looking for an experienced HRIS Team Lead / HXM Consultant specializing in SAP Success Factors Employee Central (EC). The role involves leading end‑to‑end implementations, configurations, and integrations within our HR technology landscape. You will ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4

HANA and third‑party systems while managing multi‑country configurations and troubleshooting technical issues.

• Configure and manage all EC entities, including Time Off and Timesheet.
• Implement and maintain Role‑Based Permissions (RBP) and security frameworks.
• Lead and support integrations between Success Factors EC and other SAP modules or third‑party systems using SF APIs.
• Drive end‑to‑end EC implementations and ensure compliance with global standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver multi‑country configurations and international assignments.
• Support additional modules such as Recruiting Management (RCM), Onboarding (ONB), and Time Management.

• Active SAP Success Factors Employee Central certification (EC Professional preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of SAP experience and 3+ end‑to‑end EC implementations.
• Strong hands‑on experience with EC configuration and integrations.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4
  
  HANA landscape and multi‑country setups.
• Knowledge of Job Profile Builder and related EC functionalities.
• Exposure to RCM, ONB, and Time Management modules.
