Hiring: a Senior HR Executive

Monthly salary: 8,000 QR all in Package

Domain: for Apparel Group

Based on the following requirements:

• Lead high-volume recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Source and attract candidates through college visits, career fairs, networking events, and social media.
• Oversee smooth onboarding processes and support daily HR operations.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned brands including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing.
• Conduct background checks and coordinate visa and onboarding documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand management to understand staffing needs.
• Implement multi-channel sourcing strategies to maintain a diverse talent pipeline.
• Coordinate with recruitment consultants and educational institutions for bulk hiring and internship programs.
• Assist HR Head in senior-level recruitment.
• Arrange travel, IT equipment, and orientation requirements for new hires.
• Address employee issues and prepare weekly recruitment status reports for management.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail fashion company.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment and multiple priorities.
