Job DescriptionWe are looking for a presentable and well‑groomed Receptionist cum HR Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and basic HR knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Manage front‑desk operations including welcoming visitors, handling calls, and calendar/appointment scheduling
- Assist in recruitment activities such as screening candidates, handling job postings, issuing offer letters, and onboarding
- Support HR operations including employee relations, attendance management, headcount tracking, and insurance follow‑ups
- Maintain HR records, employee files, and provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a receptionist (HR background preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and letter drafting
- Presentable, organized, and professional attitude
