Job Summary:
We are one of the leading Recruitment and HR Management Consultancy in Qatar and we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for our clients. This role requires excellent computer skills and outstanding communication abilities in English.
Please note that applicants who do not answer the pre‑screening questions will not be considered for this position, and the CV MUST carry a recent photograph.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Source potential candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals).
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and manage communication throughout the hiring process.
- Support administrative tasks related to recruitment and HR activities.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Exceptional communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Those who can join immediately are preferred.

- Full Package: 3, 000 QAR
