Job DescriptionAbout the Role
Arkan Marketing is seeking a proactive and organized HR Specialist to manage day‑to‑day human resources operations. You will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining a positive and compliant workplace culture as the team continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll processing, leave tracking, and benefits administration.
- Coordinate performance reviews and assist in employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Support management with HR reporting and organizational updates.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR or people operations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Qatar labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Must be living in Qatar.
