HR Assistant: Payroll & Compliance

A construction company based in Doha is looking for an HR Assistant to support HR operations. This role requires 3–5 years of HR experience, strong payroll processing skills, and proficiency in MS Office and HR systems like Odoo. The ideal candidate will assist in policy implementation, maintain employee records, support recruitment, and manage payroll documentation. Knowledge of Qatar Labor Law is highly preferred, along with the ability to handle confidential information.
