Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented HR Assistant to support our HR operations. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Qatar labor procedures and strong administrative skills to ensure smooth and compliant HR functions.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the recruitment cycle, including posting jobs and coordinating interviews.
- Support employee relations by handling basic queries and assisting management when required.
- Help ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and company HR policies.
- Maintain HR documentation, employee files, and attendance records.
- Assist with payroll preparation and benefits coordination.
- Support onboarding, inductions, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR letters, reports, and follow‑up trackers with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience.
