Dallah Holding Media is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support day-to-day human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of HR experience, strong exposure to payroll processing, and hands‑on experience working in a medium-sized organization (100+ employees).

Human Resources Operations
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (personal data, contracts, attendance, leaves, and benefits).
  • Support recruitment activities, including filling out official forms, job postings, communication, and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure proper archiving and filing of HR documents.
Payroll & Compensation
  • Assist in salary sheet preparation and processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with other departments to collect employee attendance data promptly.
  • Prepare monthly payroll documentation.
  • Liaise with finance/accounts for payroll-related reports and reconciliations.
Compliance & Documentation
  • Assist with visa, residency, and labor-related documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports and official correspondence.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in an HR role.
  • Strong experience in payroll processing.
  • Prior experience in a medium-sized organization (100+ employees).
  • Knowledge of Qatar Labor Law is highly preferred.
  • Must hold a valid working visa in Qatar.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR systems (Odoo).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Available to start immediately.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in media, corporate, or holding company environments.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong coordination skills with finance and management teams.
