We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. Responsibilities include sourcing and hiring top talent for our organization.
- Develop and maintain a robust database of qualified pipeline candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and testing.
- Plan and participate in recruitment events.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with universities, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.
- Maintain and update job postings on the company’s career portal, job boards (e.g., , Linked In), and social media platforms to maximize reach and accuracy.
- Enhance the organization’s ability to attract top-tier talent across all levels and functions.
- Continuously improving internal recruitment processes through system thinking and best practices.
- Deliver timely, qualified candidates to support departmental hiring needs.
- Support recruitment analytics by collecting and analyzing hiring data to improve sourcing strategies.
- Coordinate visa and immigration processes in collaboration with the relevant departments.
- Process Recruitment agreements and accreditation documentations
- Prepare timely reports such as daily/monthly/management/ad-hoc reports.
- Sourcing & Candidate Engagement (40%)
- Interview & Selection (30%)
- Offer Management & Approvals (10%)
- Candidate Documentation (10%)
- Coordinate with Immigration for Visa application (10%)
