Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for all hotel staff-related duties.
- Ensure receipt of required documents such as personal requisition and promotion forms; hand to management for approval, record, and file.
- Arrange appointments for successful candidates to complete physical checkups.
- Prepare employment agreements and physical checkup forms.
- Coordinate with the Linen room for staff uniforms and prepare lockers for new staff.
- Maintain up‑to‑date staff information and keep records in file.
- Ensure staff receive full benefits and welfare.
- Prepare confirmation letters for promotions, transfers, and working certifications.
- Manage time‑attendance reports and conduct random checks on staff attendance, leave requests, reporting to HRD.
- Take photos of new staff and process staff .
- Assist and support staff engagement activities.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Continuously develop personal skills.
- Understand HR policies to assist others in performing their functions efficiently.
- Control office expenses through careful use of resources and promote responsible habits among colleagues.
- Maintain grooming standards.
- Conserve energy and water; manage waste by reducing and recycling; use resources carefully.
- Establish two‑way communication with all and encourage this practice among all.
- Ensure tidiness and cleanliness in the office.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by superiors.
Other Duties
- Continuous learning through own IDP.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by superiors.

Confidentiality
- Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property and databases, both hard copy and electronic. Adhere to Dust Internet and E‑mail policy. Keep hotel, customer, and staff information confidential during or after employment.
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Hotel Management, or related field.
- Practical experience in HR administrative functions for at least 1 year; fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Computer literate and possesses a professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills.
