Position: Lead - Reward & Performance Management (Qatarization)

We are hiring for an exceptional Reward & Performance management professional for

supporting in designing, implementing and maintaining effective reward and performance management policies and procedures for QD head office, regional offices and if required, subsidiaries and JV companies.

Requirements:
  • The position is for Qatarization and ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in rewards and performance management environment.
  • He/ she should have a bachelor's degree in HR/ Commerce with certifications like GRP/ CIPD/ SHRM as added qualification.
  • This is an individual contributor role and therefore, candidate should be well versed with working on Advance Excel.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Conducting analysis of compensation and benefits offerings at each organizational level within QD and use feedback to enhance Compensation & Benefits offerings.
  • Evaluating competitor compensation & benefits packages by subscribing to market data and submitting data to market surveys.
  • Analyzing surveys to ensure appropriate compensation across QD departments and organizational levels.
  • Administering and assisting with QD’s internal benefit programs (i.e. pension, retirement, leave policies, life insurance, medical insurance policies etc. )
  • Ensuring compensation & benefits actions comply with legal regulations, company policies and delegation of authorities.
  • Assisting in reward/ merit budget planning and administration and suggest cost effective benefit enhancements for employee motivation and retention.
  • Participating in contract negotiations for insurance cover and responsible for accuracy of census data and invoicing.
  • Initiating and coordinating periodic review of relevant policies and procedures and suggest changes on any employment regulations, benefits and compensation policies.
