Executive Director Human Resources
Job Purpose:
To lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources across the Group's real estate, construction, and property businesses. The role is responsible for building a strong people strategy, driving performance, developing leadership capabilities, and ensuring compliance and culture alignment across all entities and projects.
- Develop and execute the Group HR strategy in line with business objectives.
- Lead organisation design, manpower planning, and talent development across corporate offices and project sites.
- Oversee recruitment, retention, performance management, and succession planning for all levels.
- Design and manage compensation, benefits, and reward structures to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
- Drive training and leadership development programs to build local and expatriate capability.
- Manage employee relations, engagement, and internal communication to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure full compliance with GCC labour laws, visa regulations, and occupational health & safety requirements.
- Partner with business leaders and project managers to align HR operations with project timelines and workforce needs.
- Lead HR systems improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
- Promote a culture of integrity, performance, and collaboration across the Group.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior or group-level role within construction and/or real estate sectors.
- Proven experience in the GCC region with strong knowledge of local labour laws and practices.
- Demonstrated success in managing large, multicultural workforce and project-based HR operations.
- Strong business acumen and experience supporting both operational and corporate environments.
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capability.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills.
- Culturally sensitive and people‑oriented.
- High integrity, professionalism, and adaptability.
