Position SummaryThe HR and Admin Manager will lead the entire HR function, ensuring effective manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance with Qatar Labor Law, and continuous improvement of HR systems. The role requires strong leadership, discipline, and close follow‑up with all departments to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Develop and execute recruitment plans based on department needs.
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates.
- Ensure offer letters and contracts are prepared, signed, and approved before joining.
- Maintain proper manpower planning (drivers, helpers, production staff, administrative roles).
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- HR Operations & Documentation
- Maintain accurate employee files, IDs, passports, and contracts.
- Ensure timely preparation and renewal of Qatar IDs, health cards, and insurance.
- Maintain an updated HR database and ERP entries.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, shift schedules, and overtime approvals.
- Employee Relations & Disciplinary Actions
- Monitor employee performance, behavior, and compliance with policies (uniform, safety, attendance).
- Investigate misconduct, issue warnings, and recommend disciplinary actions when needed.
- Resolve conflicts and maintain a healthy workplace environment.
- Ensure company policies are understood and followed by all employees.
- Payroll & Compensation
- Prepare monthly attendance summary, overtime, deductions, and allowances.
- Coordinate with Accounts to process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Ensure commission plans, target achievements, and incentive structures are properly calculated and aligned with company policies.
- HR Policies & Compliance
- Implement and update HR policies and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law in all HR activities.
- Prepare HR letters, memos, warnings, and internal communication.
- Conduct internal audits on HR procedures and recommend improvements.
- Training & Development
- Identify training needs for production, distribution, sales, and administrative teams.
- Arrange internal/external training programs.
- Maintain records for employee training, certifications, and evaluations.
- Strategic HR Planning
- Support management in organizational structure, KPIs, and performance systems.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR reports.
- Develop retention strategies and reduce employee turnover.
- Participate in management meetings and provide HR insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience in Qatar (manufacturing/FMCG preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law & HR best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong leadership, follow‑up, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (ERP experience preferred).
- Experience in managing all government‑related work, including but not limited to Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Interior, Hukoomi, ADLSABALADIYE, government portals (Metrash2, Hukoomi, Labour Portal, Immigration Portal).

Basic Salary: QAR 8,000 per month.
Transportation and fuel allowance provided.
