Job Description
Position Objective:
Manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
Source candidates through college visits, career fairs, networking events, and social media.
Ensure smooth onboarding and support day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities- Full-cycle recruitment for assigned brands: sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing.
- Conduct background checks and coordinate visa documentation.
- Build relationships with brand management to understand staffing needs.
- Implement multi-channel sourcing strategies to maintain a diverse talent pipeline.
- Liaise with recruitment consultants and colleges for bulk hiring and internships.
- Assist HR Head with senior-level recruitment.
- Coordinate travel, IT equipment, and onboarding for new hires.
- Address employee issues and provide weekly recruitment updates to management.
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment and multiple priorities.
- Age: 35 years old and below.
