Role Description

As a Recruiter at KILONEWTONS, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and identifying top talent for various roles across the company. Key responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, posting job openings, conducting interviews, and maintaining an efficient hiring pipeline. Additionally, you will ensure a positive candidate experience, manage job offers, and contribute to talent acquisition process improvements.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Doha, Qatar.

Qualifications
  • Talent acquisition and recruitment skills, including job posting, screening, and interview coordination
  • Proficiency in candidate sourcing strategies, including networking, social media, and professional platforms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Ability to manage multiple job requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills to ensure smooth recruitment processes
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment ethics
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in recruitment for engineering and construction industries is a plus
  • Multilingual abilities are an advantage
