• Drive strategic HR technology initiatives such as Contingent Workforce Management System, Succession Planning Automation, and People Analytics implementation to align with corporate digitalization goals.
• Provide governance and support for HR divisions on system utilization, data integrity, and compliance with information security standards.
• Champion HR analytics and predictive modelling initiatives to enable data-driven workforce planning and strategic decision-making.
• Lead HR data governance to ensure data is accurate, secure, compliant, and usable for strategic decisions.

• 15+ years in ICT and HR systems, including 7+ years in ERP supervisory roles.
• Expertise in SAP HR, Success Factors, and advanced analytics platforms.
• Proven leadership in project management, data governance, and HR process automation.

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
