Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead payroll processing activities to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant salary payments
  • Provide operational support for HR payroll systems, ensuring system stability and data accuracy
  • Coordinate payroll inputs including allowances, deductions, overtime, and employee changes
  • Act as first point of contact for payroll and system‑related queries from employees and stakeholders
  • Support payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting in line with internal controls and policies
  • Maintain HR master data and ensure updates are reflected correctly across payroll systems
  • Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT teams to resolve system issues and improve payroll workflows
  • Support testing, upgrades, and enhancements of HR and payroll systems
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor regulations, and internal governance standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for payroll processes and system support
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in human resources, business administration, accounting, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in HR payroll operations and payroll system support
  • Strong understanding of payroll controls, data accuracy, and confidentiality requirements
  • Experience working with HRIS and payroll platforms in a large corporate environment
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict payroll deadlines
