Qatar Airways is seeking a Training Specialist (Qatarization) to support the Manager HR in executing the training strategy and operational plan. The role involves designing, developing, and facilitating technical and non-technical programs that enhance employee capabilities and align with the organization's learning objectives. - Support the HR Manager in implementing the training operations plan and overall learning strategy.
- Identify training needs and contribute to designing and delivering relevant development programs for management and staff.
- Facilitate high-quality training sessions using adult learning techniques and interactive methods.
- Develop customized training materials and modules that address both individual and organizational goals.
- Monitor trainee progress through evaluations, discussions, and feedback sessions.
- Review and revise training programs to ensure alignment with evolving organizational needs.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring sessions to support individual growth.
- Manage training logistics, including venue coordination, attendance tracking, and post-program follow-up.
- Conduct a minimum of four training programs monthly and produce regular progress and impact reports.
- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure training initiatives meet corporate standards and deliver value.
- Support Qatarization development programs by identifying skill gaps and facilitating tailored training for local employees.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and innovations in learning and development.
- Assist the HR Manager on strategic training projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in learning and development or HR training functions.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching abilities.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and evaluation methods.
- Experience in a multicultural corporate environment.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital training tools.
