HR Associate

Madre Integrated Engineering | Full time

The HR Associate will support day-to-day HR operations for outsourced employees, including onboarding, mobilization, employee documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, employee relations, and client coordination. The role requires strong follow-up, documentation, and workforce management skills.

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships, addressing queries, and gathering detailed requirements.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews.
• Build and maintain talent pools for recurring manpower requirements.
• Support offer release, candidate follow-up, onboarding, and mobilization.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams on manpower requirements and replacements.
• Maintain employee documents, attendance, timesheets, and payroll inputs.
• Support employee relations, remobilization, demobilization, and exit formalities.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 3 –6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / HR roles
• Experience in handling multiple roles across different domains
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good knowledge of Linked In, job portals, ATS, and HRIS.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment
• Locally available in Qatar (In-country hire only)
