The Senior Human Resources Generalist is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Khor , Qatar. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management support, and HR policy implementation. The Senior HR Generalist will oversee benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards. Daily tasks include supporting managers with HR guidance, handling employee inquiries, maintaining HR records and systems, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes.
The role also involves partnering with leadership on workforce planning, supporting recruitment activities, and promoting a fair, inclusive, and safe work environment.
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in generalist or similar HR roles.
- Candidates should possess the ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies aligned with organizational and legal requirements.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including enrollment, communication, and issue resolution.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of local labor laws, regulatory compliance, and best practices in workplace ethics and diversity.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
- Experience using HRIS and MS Office tools, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Prior HR experience within diversified business sectors, Oil & Energy sector or similar regional markets is preferred.
