Senior Employee Relations specialist

Supervising and contributing to the implementation and development of employee relations functions ensuring the promotion of a positive work environment achieving fairness and workplace discipline addressing employment issues in accordance with approved regulations and policies and supporting the stability and sustainability of human resources Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent. Practical experience in employee relations or human resources of 8 years or more.

Familiarity with HR systems, regulations, and policies

Ability to analyze and study employment cases and situations and prepare appropriate recommendations. BiLingual Spoken and written Arabic and English preferable.
