Geographic Reference
Key ResponsibilitiesManage HR administration, employee records, documentation, and HR processes.
Support the HR team in daily operations and employee relations.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate with various departments to support HR functions in a multi-outlet environment.
Qualifications & RequirementsThe ideal candidate for this HR Assistant vacancy in Doha must meet the following criteria:
Restaurants
Mandatory RequirementsMinimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
Previous experience in the Food & Beverage / Hospitality industry is required.
Qatar HR experience is mandatory.
