Roles & Responsibilities :
  • Respond to basic employee inquiries by providing clear information on HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and update employee records and reporting structures under the guidance of HR leadership.
  • Coordinate interviews and scheduling candidate appointments.
  • Distribute and collect performance appraisal forms in accordance with the performance management cycle.
  • Manage the scanning, filing, and archiving of completed evaluation appraisal documents to ensure proper recordkeeping.
  • Support the HRBP in updating the individual development plans (IDPs) with ensuring the alignment of the employee growth objectives.
  • Enter employee feedback and survey responses into HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Compile and validate raw data to support the preparation of HR reports.
  • Support the execution of performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Qatar labor law and internal policies.
  • Monitor employee engagement levels and support initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture and retention.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
You're a great fit if you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience across various HR functions.
  • HR Diploma or relevant professional certification is preferred.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Hands-on experience working with HR systems (HRIS) and ERP systems.
