HR Business Partner; Arabic Speaking

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with business leaders, align people priorities with business objectives and provide strategic and operational HR support.

• Partner with business leaders to understand their priorities and develop effective HR plans.
• Advise managers on workforce planning, organisational structure and talent requirements.
• Support performance management, employee development and succession planning.
• Manage employee relations matters with professionalism, fairness and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to attract and select talent that meets business needs.
• Support organisational changes and initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
• Analyse HR data and recommend practical actions to address workforce challenges.
• Use Oracle Fusion HCM to manage HR processes, maintain accurate employee records and generate reports.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with applicable labour laws.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 10+ Years experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role supporting business leaders.
• Sound knowledge of employee relations, performance management and workforce planning.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Good understanding of applicable labour laws and HR practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance business priorities with a fair and consistent approach to people management.
• CIPD, SHRM or an equivalent professional qualification would be an advantage.
