- Conduct research and analysis on employee relations trends, issues, and best practices to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for enhancing employee relations initiatives.
- Support the resolution of employee relations matters, including investigations into employee complaints, disciplinary actions, and performance management issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Analyze employee data and metrics related to employee relations, such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction surveys, to identify trends and develop strategies for improving employee relations and engagement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee relations policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring they are aligned with company values, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on employee relations matters, including interpretation of policies, procedures, and legal regulations, and assist in addressing employee concerns and conflicts.
- Conduct training and workshops on employee relations topics, such as conflict resolution, effective communication, and respectful workplace behavior, to promote positive employee relations and a harmonious work environment.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records, including investigation reports, disciplinary actions, and other relevant documentation, ensuring compliance with privacy laws and company policies.
- Perform all duties related to Employee Relations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in human resources or a similar field
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees and managers
