As a HR Operations Officer, you will be responsible to help build on organizational and people competencies, and shape as well as implement effective people strategies within the organization
Key Responsibilities:Onboarding
- Collect all mandatory documents for newly hired employees.
- Perform induction for newly hired employees.
- Ensuring new hires have the necessary technical assistance to set up their hardware, software and office stations.
- Act as a focal point between employees and the organization to develop people practices and enhance organizational culture & work relationships.
- Respond to employee inquiries and address any issues they may be experiencing to help maintain positive employee relations.
- Provide professional advice, support and coordinate activities/relations.
- Keep employees updated on important news and events.
- Develop and communicate positive employee engagement strategies.
- Develop & help implement activities to increase the Employee engagement and maintain company’s values.
- Implement project or communications activity assigned by the management.
- Providing assistance and guidance throughout the Performance Management Cycle.
- Coordinate with the training and professional development team to implement the training and development plan and programs.
- Supervise the process implementation of succession plans.
- Support all tasks related to government relations for the employees.
- Monitoring and stay up-to-date with changes in Qatar regulation, and provide monthly reports of the same.
- Collect CVs from the Walk-ins & referral candidates, and upload them to the system.
- Create or update employee records.
- Represent the company at recruiting events (i.e., college job fairs), providing company/job information and interviewing applicants.
- Coordinate for interviews when needed
- Perform employee data entry on the System, when needed.
- Enter new employees’ data (e.g. bank accounts and IBAN) into internal system.
- Record employee information such as exemptions, transfers and resignations, to maintain and update it on the system.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR, and preferably including experience in the employee relations function
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human resources or related field is a preference.
- HR certificate (CIPD, PHRI) is a plus
- Arabic Speaker is a must.
