The Total Rewards Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting compensation, benefits, and reward programs to ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.
- Support annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and incentive plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Manage employee benefits enrollment and vendor coordination.
- Prepare reward-related reports, analytics, and recommendations.
- Assist in developing and implementing total rewards strategies.
- Address employee queries related to compensation and benefits.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Knowledge of salary surveys and job evaluation methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- GCC experience.
