Talent Acquisition Officer; Hospitality Industry

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of recruiting exclusively for the hospitality industry and possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Mandatory experience recruiting for hospitality positions only (Hotels, Resorts, F&B, Hospitality Operations, Catering, Leisure, and related sectors).
• Previous experience working with a recruitment consultancy/search firm is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of hospitality talent markets and recruitment strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence hiring managers at various levels.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and talent-mapping capabilities.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deliver results within tight timelines.
• Must be immediately available or on a very short notice period.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for hospitality-related roles across all levels.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist qualified hospitality professionals.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines within the hospitality industry.
• Coordinate interviews, provide market insights, and manage the offer process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
